Nappies and pre-prepared baby feeds must be provided by yourselves.
If any child cannot be collected by 6.00 p.m., an extra charge of £20.00 per 15 minutes will
have to be made to cover wages for 2 members of staff.
Early drop off or late collection outside your booked session (during normal opening hours):
Will be charged for after the first quarter of an hour at £5 per 15 min outside your session hours.
FEES ARE REVIEWED ANNUALLY, ANY CHANGES WILL BE MADE WITH FOUR WEEKS NOTICE.
PAYMENT:- Fees are payable in advance, at the 7th of each month.
An account will be given to you at the end of the week prior to the start of the next month.
Any additional sessions that your child attend will be allocated to the next months invoice.
If you require special arrangements, please talk to a member of staff, we try to be as
flexible as possible.
We prefer settlement of fees by BACS transfer and the bank details can be found on the invoice; however we do accept cheque, cash, Child Care Vouchers and payments from the Childcare Tax Free Savings accounts.
If you wish to reserve sessions for your child for more than one month in advance we will require a retainer fee which is the equivalent of one months fees. The retainer invoice is payable within 7 days of issue to hold the sessions. We cannot hold sessions open for you without receipt of the retainer fees. If you decide not to send your child to nursery we will require a minimum of one months notice in order to return the retainer fee, less than one months notice will result in your loss of the retainer fee.
