All meals and snacks are included in the fee table.

Nappies and pre-prepared baby feeds must be provided by yourselves.

If any child cannot be collected by 6.00 p.m., an extra charge of £4.00 per 15 minutes will

have to be made to cover wages for 2 members of staff. (£15.00 per hour). 

Early drop off or late collection outside your booked session (during normal opening hours):

Will be charged for after the first quarter of an hour as per the hourly rate outside your session hours.

FEES MAY BE REVIEWED AT ANY TIME WITH 4 WEEKS NOTICE.

PAYMENT:-  Fees are payable in advance, at the beginning of each month.    

An account will be given to you at the end of the week prior to the start of the next month.

Any additional sessions that your child attends should be paid for on the day.

If you require special arrangements, please talk to a member of staff, we try to be as

flexible as possible.

If your child is absent for 2 consecutive weeks or less, there will be no refund of fees. 

If your child is absent for more than 2 consecutive weeks, fees for each consecutive session of

absence following that initial 2 week period will not be payable.  . 

You will therefore receive a refund on fees paid in advance
